Non-Payment of services shall result in a 5-day notice of disconnection. All payment failures must be cured within 5 days of notice. Subscribers failing to secure payment within 5 days of notice will incur service interruption (suspension) and $10 reconnection or late payment fee.
If your hosting account was overdue for more than 30 days, it will be removed from our servers. NYhost.net is not responsible for data integrity or data loss associated with account termination.
If your account was terminated but you wish to resume service, you may setup new account or restore previous websites from offsite backups. Each website (cPanel account) restore will cost $10 (one time fee). Offsite backups are being stored for 1 year and provided on "as is" or "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee availability of backups.
