If you know your server ID or "server name", you can check uptime reports on public page: http://status.nyhost.net/ Please note: we're currently (2023) adding more servers to the list!
Public service monitoring provided by PINGDOM (US/EU and Asia). Server stats and history of all outages are available to public in order to provide best possible service and transparency.
If you cannot reach your server for more than 30 minutes, please drop a ticket under "Server or Network Outage (emergency)".
We'll check your server at once!
