CentOS 7 support will officially end on June 30th 2024. This summer, much ahead of time, we'll start major OS upgrades. First of all, we'll upgrade DNS clusters and all VPS to AlmaLinux 8. Shared, reseller and dedicated cPanel servers are currently use CloudLinux 7. We'll upgrade them as soon as CloudLinux release CloudLinux OS 9 for cPanel (it's in alpha test right now).
In order to minimize downtime, we'll deploy new Dell servers with CloudLinux 9 then move accounts from old servers to new in live mode. In this case, downtime will be minimal (we expect 15-30 minutes of downtime). Fresh offsite (Nuremberg, Germany) and onsite (New York) backups will be generated prior account transfers.
All transfers, OS reloads and cPanel licenses will remain free of charge.
Upgrade Schedule for 2023-2024:

July 2023: NYhost DNS cluster in New York (ns1) and private reseller DNS cluster (ns3).
