Update #2 10/27/2023 3:54 AM EST: MySQL server has been successfully upgraded to MariaDB 10.5. Total downtime: 9 minutes.

Update #1 10/25/2023 23:58 EST: MySQL upgrade has been rescheduled for Friday, October 27th. We've found then fixed a bug in local (onsite) backup system. We'll process full backups first then run MySQL upgrade on 10/27/2023. Thank you for your patience.

Dear Friends,

We're going to upgrade current MySQL 5.7 to MariaDB 10.5 on TIGER-NYC server. It has been scheduled for Friday, October 27th at 1:00 AM EST (New York time). We do expect around 20 minutes of downtime during this upgrade. All other services will function as usual during this upgrade.
