Server or network outage do occur. NYhost.net monitors each server and network via Alertra. If server or network goes down, we get immediate notification via email and phone. In most cases, we resolve events before anyone notice a downtime!
What you should do in case of prolonged outage (more than 1 hour)
Please check "Network Status and Notification" category for newly posted articles. There we post all emergency and planned maintenance notifications. We also post emergency notifications via Twitter: NYhosting or Telegram: NYhost. You may also DM us via Instagram: NYhost.
