Our private DNS remain the same but IPs may change after 3-5 years. We'll notify all customers about IP changes ahead of time (at least 1 month prior changes).
If you use own DNS (point our private IPs to your name servers), please check that all IPs are consistent. You can check your domain for any errors here.
If you registered DNS with .com, .net or .cc, you should check this external website: Verisign (select "Name Server" then type your name server like ns1.nyhost.net).
If DNS IPs are outdated or incorrect, please update "host records" within your domain registrar (where you registered domain name).
