You can request dedicated IPs at any time via Help Center. Please provide valid reason for IP request (per ARIN and RIPN justification requirements).
Dedicated IP prices:
Dedicated IPV4, USA data centers (New York and Dallas, TX): $2.00 per IP per month + $5.00 one time setup fee;
Dedicated IPV4, EU data centers (Munich, Germany and Helsinki, Finland): €2.00 per IP per month + €10.00 one time setup fee.
Please note that setup fees were imposed by upstream networks. We do not make any profit on IPs.
Can I request then assign dedicated IP at any time?
Yes, but dedicated IP orders are subject for approval and availability. Some IPv4 networks are exhausted. Please request your dedicated IP here (select "Dedicated IP request").
Are there any benefits of using dedicated IP instead of shared?
There are no benefits in website security, SEO (search optimization) and anywhere else. Both shared and dedicated IPs are being hosted on the same server.
Do your offer Reverse DNS zone?
Yes, rDNS is included free of charge.
I bought dedicated IP prior December 2021 for $1 per IP. Are you planning to increase prices?
No, old price will remain the same. However, if you cancel IP package then submit order again, new pricing will take an affect.
How long does it take to assign dedicated IP to my website?
Please allow 3-5 business days for IP setup. You website may appear down due to IP change. This issue will resolve by itself within 2 days. We do recommend IP changes on weekends.
I have Private Reseller account. Do I have to pay $2/month?
No, Private Reseller plan has one free IP and Global Resellers can use up to 4 dedicated IPs free of charge. If you need extra IP, it will cost $2.00/month + $5.00 one time setup fee. You can request dedicated IPs via 24/7/365 Help Center.
