Each cPanel account is licensed. If you host inactive (deleted by domain registry) domain name on our server, it will be terminated per Terms (we host active accounts only). We also regularly terminate accounts with 0 bandwidth (if account was inactive for 3+ months).
If you wish to restore terminated account, please drop a ticket and we will restore for free. However, account must be active in order to use cPanel license.
Please note: main cPanel account or reseller account cannot be removed.
