All hosting packages include unlimited email services. Our single MX server is not redundant and should be protected by secondary MX (mail exchange server). Since email server IP being shared across many websites, outages may occur due to various reasons:
- bad IP reputation associated with spam relaying (Joomla/Wordpress scripts);
- spamming (RBL blocks);
- network or server outage.
If you need redundant email for commercial project, please consider Google Workspace. It costs $6 per email box.
